tableware and Kitchen Equipment in support of our Food and Beverage Departments.

Maintain inventory of machines and equipment and ensure preventative maintenance is in place Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs. Supervise, clean & maintain the sanitation of kitchen and stewarding equipment and other areas assigned. Ensure all banquet event orders are reviewed and ensure proper set-ups are in place.

Prepare monthly reports on shortages in china, silverware, equipment and chemicals Follow department policies, procedures and service standards. Constant standing and walking throughout shift.

Working

Knowledge in regards to labor forecasting, scheduling and expense forecasting is an asset. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Window applications required. University/College degree in a related discipline an asset.
