Responsibilities

- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and activities related to the operation of its store;
- Ensures the application of standards, procedures and programs established by New Look;
- Ensure quality customer service that meets the company's standards of excellence;
- Adjust contact lenses and advise the client with their use;
- Ensure the quality and conformity of ophthalmic products sold by analyzing lenses, inspecting frames, cutting and repairs;
- Perform any other skilled act reserved for an optician;
- Train new employees and support their professional development;
- Be an ambassador for a company committed to the environment and its local community.

Requirements

- Be a member of the College of Dispensing Opticians in his/her province;
- Have a minimum of five years of experience managing a sales team;
- Have obtained significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs;
- Leadership,



ability to communicate, to motivate and mobilize a sales team;
- Organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage pressure;
- Bilingualism (English, French).
