We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Kensington store. Located close to our Kensington Support Office, this Store Manager role offers the chance to lead a small team, supported by an Assistant Store Manager, in one of our high-profile London locations.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive store performance through strong leadership and commercial focus.
- Partner with your Assistant Store Manager to build a high-performing team.




- Lead from the front on the shop floor and create memorable customer experiences.
- Maintain excellent standards across operations, compliance and store presentation.

What we're looking for

- Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or similar leadership role.
- A confident people leader who can motivate and develop others.
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
