including merchandise presentation, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving. Act as a role model and provide input on succession planning and development plans.

Communicate and implement TJX Canada programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and expenses. Review store reports, conduct walkthroughs, audits, and hold program meetings with Associates. Develop and communicate action plans for store initiatives, identifying projects, targets, and priorities.

Suggest recommendations to the District Manager and Business Development teams on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics. Provide insights on competition analysis, including pricing, presentation, and customer service. Minimum of 5 years of retail leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Proven management and team leadership skills, focused on collaboration and problem-solving. Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention. Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
