SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd is currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join us at our Winnipeg location. SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. is Canada's largest dealership for Trimble construction equipment. Our team at SITECH understands how to apply Trimble technology to effectively solve some of the biggest challenges customers are facing on the construction site.
SITECH helps civil engineering and construction customers leverage technology systems for their entire fleet of heavy equipment and survey needs. The successful candidate will be immersed in a world of 2D/3D Grade Control technology, Heavy Equipment, Construction Software Solutions, and Site Positioning Survey Equipment.
Our Technology
Representatives are responsible for consulting with and improving the business success of all customers in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities include increasing hardware and service sales, proactively managing customer list and prospective customers, attending trade shows, researching/developing quote proposals, and continued sales support of existing clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. We are seeking candidates with experience with surveying, estimating, construction equipment, earthmoving operations. Prior customer service and/or sales experience is considered an asset and those experienced with construction technologies and software, such as Trimble, Topcon, Leica, Spectra, a plus.

The Outside Sales
Representative (OSR) is the single point of contact between the Dealer and the Customer as a vital source of support,
building positive relationships with both internal and external customers to achieve both individual and company goals in the assigned region.
As An Outside Sales
Representative, YOU Will Experience Working for the best in class construction technology dealer and with premium brands to exceed our customers needs. Re-establish, qualify and maintain contact with customers to increase sales. Proactively generate service and equipment sales leads and manage accounts in an assigned territory through weekly communication.
Employ a disciplined call campaign, update customer account information and develop relationships to maintain accurate account and machine profiles. Promote all aspects of the Dealership. Determine customer requirements through needs analysis and provide solutions.
Develop customer quotes and tenders from recommendations made by Technicians and assist with quotes for new contracts.
Maintain Quote Log
System ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided. Administer sales processes and systems including call reports, weekly call plans and other administrative duties in support of the business. Assist with the development and administration of the annual territory plans and focus account plans for marketing programs targeted to prospective customers.
Ensure all sales tools and market intelligence remain current and develop recent tools to increase product exposure. Establish attainable monthly and yearly objectives intended to reinforce continuous improvement and achievement toward Company goals. Assist in the collection of outstanding customer payments and facilitate resolutions/agreements.
Participate in appropriate training and development and attend industry association events.
