We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Store Supervisor - Operations to join our team.

As a Store Supervisor, you will help ensure the store operates efficiently and that customers receive friendly, knowledgeable service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, supporting store operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience. Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management (ordering and receiving).

Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies. Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.





Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail. Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting with shifting priorities. In-depth product training and ongoing learning.
