Managers act as role models on the sales floor, coaching team members, delivering training, and ensuring that brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met.



They step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun. 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories. ~ Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar). ~ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment. ~ Team-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed. ~ High level of personal integrity and professionalism. ~ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
