Join Serco Canada as a Strategic Community Outreach Manager in Northwestern Ontario, enhancing workforce development through impactful community engagement and partnerships. In this role, you'll serve as a connector among Employers, educational institutions, and community organizations, driving initiatives that bridge gaps in workforce needs and develop pathways for employment. Reporting to the Director, Employment Services, you will help to create sustainable solutions tailored to regional challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate relationships with key economic development partners
- Lead initiatives addressing emerging workforce needs
- Support the coordination of advisory tables and forums




- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies
- Track and evaluate the impact of workforce development efforts

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years in community engagement or similar roles
- Solid communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments
- Valid driver’s license for regional travel
