Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their global procurement team, working remotely. This role is critical for developing and implementing long-term sourcing strategies that align with the company's objectives, focusing on driving value, innovation, and risk mitigation across key spend categories. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to significantly impact the organization's procurement function from anywhere, with a focus on the needs of operations potentially linked to the Kimberley region and beyond.

Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including market analysis, RFx development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation. Manage relationships with key strategic suppliers to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.



Drive significant cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation within the supply base.

Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
