Our Vancouver
Team is currently looking for an experienced Structural Engineer that will develop a diverse portfolio of engineering projects with a focus on the design, construction, and maintenance of complex structural systems. Analysis and design of structural systems and components Knowledge of building and non-building structures and systems Direct Engineers-in-Training and technicians in the preparations of proper documentation Site observations and inspection of construction projects Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering ~ Professional Engineering (P.5+ years of post-graduate experience in a structural engineering workplace ~ Knowledge of advanced structural engineering principles and practices applied to project design and construction ~ Professionally dedicated to delivering high-quality, well-organized documents to clients ~ Proficiency in relevant structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Robot Structural Analysis, RISA, Bluebeam, Navisworks or Similar) ~ Consulting engineering experience ~ Relevant project experience in heavy industrial projects such as manufacturing, mining, material handling, power generation, and/or oil & gas ~ Ability to travel (Anticipated travel not to exceed 25%) ~ Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k) with a company match Additional benefits include Paid Time Off and Holidays Some assignments may require visits to construction work sites and industrial facilities that are regulated by OSHA or MSHA.
