Developing creative construction methodologies to help win and execute projects. Providing operational support by organizing planning and kick‑off meetings, inspecting work on site, transferring engineering and logistics bid information to the project team, and effectively assessing project progress and ensuring safety. Taking ownership of ongoing projects and supporting teams to minimize risks on current and future projects, learn from past experiences, and implement best practices.

Acting as a resource person to resolve technical issues. Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie civil ou structurel et de 4 à 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. Expérience dans la conception et l'analyse en génie / structure.

Fluency in French and English.

Experience in engineering/structural design and analysis. Knowledge of basic construction site safety regulations in Quebec and Ontario. Knowledge of the design of temporary structures for the institutional, commercial, industrial, and civil construction sectors.

Experience in the structural analysis of steel, wood, aluminum, or concrete.
