Bungalow Interior Design

Winnipeg

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid: Office & Work-from-Home)

Reports To: Principal Designers

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of customer service, administrative, coordination or construction management experience

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000, based on qualifications The Role

At Bungalow, we’re looking for more than someone who can tick the boxes. We’re looking for a Studio Coordinator who will become a trusted part of our team, someone who brings clarity to complexity, follows through, and takes real pride in making things run well.

You may come from wedding or event coordination, office management, client experience, construction coordination, or another fast-paced, people-centred role. Your exact title matters less than your ability to keep things organized, communicate clearly, and earn the trust of the people around you.

At Bungalow, thoughtful homes begin with thoughtful planning. In this role, you will work closely with our Principal Designers to keep projects moving from early planning through installation. You will coordinate meetings and timelines, track furniture and materials, follow up with trades and suppliers, maintain accurate project information, and ensure clients and collaborators have what they need, when they need it.

This is more than an administrative role. Your work creates the structure behind exceptional design. When you are successful, projects move forward smoothly, procurement is proactively managed, communication is timely and professional, and important details do not fall through the cracks. Our designers can stay focused on creative work because they trust coordination is in capable hands; our clients feel informed and cared for; and our trades and suppliers know they can rely on Bungalow.

Just as important: you will be joining a small team of three robust, opinionated women who care deeply about the work, each other, and the standards we set.

We are looking for someone who can step confidently into that dynamic—someone grounded, self-aware, and comfortable contributing their own point of view. You do not need to agree with everything or have all the answers, but you do need to communicate directly and respectfully, receive feedback without defensiveness, and know when to lead, support, or ask for clarity.

You will thrive here if you are calm, capable, and highly organized; if you enjoy bringing order to a busy environment; and if you care about doing things properly, not simply quickly. You are warm, professional, and adaptable. You value strong systems, thoughtful relationships, and the satisfaction of helping good work come together beautifully.
