Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio through networking, follow-ups, and proactive communications. Identify opportunities to enrich clients' wardrobes through personalized and relevant recommendations.

To offer a premium customer experience at every touchpoint. Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, orders, and customer information.

Keeping up-to-date with new collections, fabrics, style trends and product knowledge. The successful candidate will be a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for fashion, styling, and creating exceptional customer experiences. 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales,
