We are looking for candidates who hold CWB certification in MCAW and demonstrate exceptional communication and reliability. Your ability to work independently or as part of a team will be vital in executing quality welding and fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute welding tasks per project specifications
- Maintain high standards for safety and quality
- Work collaboratively with team members or alone
- Communicate effectively regarding project timelines
- Operate equipment with diligence and care

Requirements:

- CWB certification in MCAW (other tickets a bonus)
- Solid fluency in English, verbal and written
- Punctual and reliable attendance history
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must maintain a safety-sensitive focus at all times
