What You'll Do

Sales + service (target of 350k sales - inbound calls) for specialized markets.

No cold calling. Well-distributed incoming calls in ACD format.

You will have your own client module.

Experience

3 years as a broker (1 year in substandard)

Certifications

AMF, AEC

Insurers

Pafco, Echelon, Morin Elliot, Universelles, Optimum, April, South Western.

Systems used

EPIC+ Expert Rates

Bilingual (French, English) is a must.

Hours

37.5 per week + daytime schedule
