As a Superintendent at Aecon Utilities, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in the successful execution of utility projects across North America.

Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will serve as a representative with clients, ensuring effective communication regarding project developments. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee planning and scheduling for timely project completion
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
- Manage administration, scheduling,



and construction functions
- Advise owners on extra work and back charges
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and local regulations

Requirements:

- Technical school education with five years’ construction experience
- Robust knowledge of utility contracting processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction software
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid Ontario (G) driver’s license with travel availability
