Rotational shift ‘What you’ll be responsible for each day:’The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing production teams, overseeing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of operations, from the receipt of raw materials to the distribution of finished products. Reporting to the Production Manager, the supervisor plays a key role in achieving production targets in terms of quality, volume, cost, and delivery timelines, while fostering a strong culture of health and safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. As a change agent, the Production Supervisor contributes to the transformation of operations by promoting efficiency, accountability, and employee engagement.### Lead end-to-end production operations, from raw material reception through to shipment, ensuring timelines and customer requirements are met Deliver the production plan by achieving volume, quality, and cost targets* Plan and optimize resource utilization, including labor, raw materials,
