As an Area Manager you will lead a team of mobile Cleaners who are responsible for servicing a number of bank branches in the Montreal area.

You will be the face of the company and as such you will be responsible for maintain positive client relationships, adding new services, and if needed resolving operational performance issues. As a leader you will be responsible for providing vision, direction, and technical expertise to members of your team. Responsible for the protected and effective delivery of services outlined in the contract Ensuring your regional lives up to financial and service performance metrics.

This include, but is not limited to,



managing the regions’ P&L; and budget and operational service level agreements Be a visible leader in the field by regularly visiting client locations and inspiring your team An ideal candidate has cleaning or contract services experience You speak English and/or French Intermediate skills with Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to maintain excellent relations with stakeholders – Client, customers and Dexterra People Excellent leadership, coaching and supervisory skills Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
