You will work closely with your director to develop and sell through Starcom and Publicis Media solutions to your roster of clients.

Gather and analyze data and human insights to determine the client’s advertising and media needs,



Create and present media plans to clients Analyzes media alternatives and make recommendations as to how to best allocate the Advertising budget Provides guidance to and mentors Media Strategy Planners and Assistants to ensure their successful professional development Provides oversight to accuracy, quality and timeliness of Strategy Planner and Assistants’ work Oversight to financial process – ensuring monthly billing is accurate and complete according to deadlines, ensuring discrepancies are managed Part of the Supervisor role will be to work with the team Director to determine areas of growth for each assigned client: determining appropriate mix of Spark Foundry and Publicis Media offerings, effectively selling through solutions Bachelor's degree; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred Three + years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying and management Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure Ability to effectively utilize media research and reporting resources Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
