Not all supply chain roles are created equal.
This is one where your decisions directly impact how quick our world transitions to clean energy.
We’re a well-backed and revenue generating cleantech company that’s doing something genuinely different—taking retired EV batteries and turning them into powerful energy storage systems. With strong funding, global partnerships, and major expansion plans underway, we're entering a critical scaling phase—and supply chain is right at the centre of it.
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll own the full picture: from supplier strategy to production readiness. You’ll be just as comfortable negotiating with vendors as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve an urgent materials issue.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll shape systems, build a resilient supply network, and lead a growing team—all while keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.
Building and strengthening supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality,
and cost efficiency
Developing sourcing strategies and reducing single-supplier risk
Aligning procurement with production needs, forecasts, and scaling plans
Owning BOM visibility, cost control, and spend optimization
Overseeing logistics and improving material flow from inbound to production
Leading and developing a high-performing supply chain team
Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and tools
You’ve likely spent a decade or more in supply chain roles, with real exposure to manufacturing environments and team leadership.
Exposure to energy storage, batteries, BESS or electrification would be a big plus, but certainly not essential. If you’re motivated by solving hard problems, building something meaningful, and moving fast while doing it—this is the kind of role that doesn’t come around often. #
