Overview

Sushi 5 is seeking a full time Restaurant Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with wage depending on experience.

- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $32.00 ~ $38.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- 4% vacation pay

Job Duties

- Supervise and coordinate staff activities
- Plan, manage and evaluate the overall performance of daily restaurant operations
- Establish staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and conduct performance reviews
- Establish and implement customer service standards and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Manage inventory, monitor revenues,



and adjust procedures and prices as needed
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial forms
- Recruit and train staff, overseeing ongoing staff development

Job Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
