We’re looking to fill an opening for a Systems Access Administrator to join our Information Technology team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Support Services, the Systems Access Administrator is responsible for providing access to our Broadridge/Dataphile system to our external partners and Aviso employees.
The Systems Access
Administrator will provide prompt and efficient service to our partners and internal staff. You build trusted relationships, champion service excellence, and contribute to a culture where people feel valued and supported You seek out diverse perspectives, share your knowledge and work together to help colleagues, clients and partners succeed Administer user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and applications Maintain and enforce access management policies, standards, and procedures Support periodic user access reviews and attestations (privileged and non-privileged access) Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure timely and accurate access changes Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide support to end-users Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, workflows, and documentation Assist in the implementation of automation and self-service capabilities for access requests Document processes and maintain access control documentation Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) ~3+ years of experience in system access administration, IAM,

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 CAD annually.
