Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist Job Posting As a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist at Modern Niagara, you will play a key role in supporting managers and business lines throughout the talent search, recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.

Acquisition and Onboarding is critical to sustaining Modern Niagara as an industry leader. By partnering with the business, you will help build and represent our brand, ensuring we attract, hire and welcome top talent. Build lasting partnerships with managers, leaders and union partners to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

Introduce creative sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent while building a robust talent pipeline Coordinate onboarding activities that help new employees feel informed, supported and ready to contribute. Collaborate with People and Culture operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs Manage the full life cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers Host weekly new hire orientations to introduce employees to the company, culture, key policies, tools and resources Ensure new hires have a positive onboarding experience by providing timely information, answering questions and helping remove barriers before and after their start date Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS Coordinate and participate in career fairs,
