Campus Recruitment

Lead full-cycle recruitment for co-op, internship, and entry-level opportunities across the organization Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the recruitment process Manage recruitment activity and provide regular updates to stakeholders Lead the planning and execution of campus recruitment programs and annual hiring cycles Build strong relationships with business leaders, academic partners, and student groups Facilitate monthly co-op huddles and engagement sessions to foster connection, development, and knowledge sharing across the student community Support co-op onboarding, performance management,



and student development programs Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead and support projects that enhance campus recruitment programs and processes Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to inform decisions and program enhancements Support employer branding initiatives, campus events, career fairs, and recruitment marketing activities 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, Early Talent Programs, or Human Resources ~ Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering with business leaders ~ Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities ~ Demonstrated experience leading initiatives and driving process improvements ~ Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills ~ Robust analytical skills and experience working with recruitment metrics and reporting ~ Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
