Resources (EVR), part of the Glencore Group, is seeking a co-op student for an 8 or 12-month duration. You should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field, eager to engage in program support, performance metrics, and communication strategies.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting in reporting and data management on the Talent Management SharePoint site. Key Responsibilities:

- Support performance management and succession planning initiatives
- Answer inquiries regarding programs from a diverse audience




- Develop visual and written materials for various audiences
- Track metrics for program effectiveness
- Manage data files on SharePoint for Talent Management

Requirements:

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Prior experience in a related role is an asset
