Elk Valley Resources (EVR) offers a Talent Management co-op/internship starting January 2027 for 8 or 12 months in Sparwood, BC. You will support performance management, succession planning, leadership, and learning initiatives while gaining exposure to mining operations.
You will develop reports, create communication materials, track metrics, and manage Talent Management data on SharePoint, with mentorship from seasoned specialists and chance for post-graduation consideration.
