Job Type : Full-Time We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Space Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the in-store shopping experience. This role requires strong collaboration with merchants, hands-on work with fixtures and displays, and frequent travel to retail locations to ensure consistency in branding and execution.

The successful candidate will be analytical, self-driven, and detail-focused, with a strong understanding of store layout optimization and visual storytelling. Develop and test merchandising designs at the Innovation Centre before implementation.

Utilize Adobe

Illustrator and Photoshop to create display concepts and merchandising layouts. Ensure consistency in visual merchandising execution across multiple retail locations. Coordinate the setup and teardown of store displays and assess their effectiveness. Stay up to date on retail industry trends and competitor strategies to drive innovation in displays.

Data & Store Optimization: Analyze sales data and customer behavior trends to improve store layouts and display strategies. Identify discrepancies in merchandising execution and recommend solutions to optimize performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations,



and category management.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. ~2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or space planning. ~ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for merchandising design. ~ Strong Excel skills (including functions such as VLOOKUP). ~ Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and improve store layout strategies. ~ Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines. ~ Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for site visits.
