Work is performed under the supervision of the principal with support from curriculum specialists and academic coaches.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Lesson Plans That Meet the Needs of Learners Ensure lessons are aligned to standards and represent a coherent sequence of learning. Prepare lessons with high levels of learning for all students.

Provide Quality Instruction That

Leads to Student Understanding. Assist students in taking responsibility for learning and monitor student learning. Provide multiple ways for students to make meaning of content.



Recognize and respond appropriately to individual differences and developmental stages of students.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University Minimum Class "A" Mississippi Teaching Certificate Subject required endorsement(s) to be "highly qualified".
