This is a blended role, providing academic and administrative support to both in-person and online learners in a energetic and student-centered environment. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping students succeed in their studies. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both instructional support and educational technology.

Key Responsibilities: # Provide academic support to students during in-person labs, workshops, or tutorials. # Assist students in navigating online learning platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams). # Support instructors in monitoring class participation, attendance, and assignment submissions.



# Respond to student questions and direct them to appropriate resources or supports. # Help set up and organize instructional materials both online and in the classroom. # Assist in marking quizzes or assignments as directed by the instructor. # Coordinate with faculty to identify students needing extra help and provide one-on-one or group support. # Help facilitate smooth communication between students and instructors in both learning environments.

Qualifications: # Completion of a diploma/degree (preferably in Healthcare or Social Work/Human Services). # Strong communication and interpersonal skills. # Comfortable with online tools such as Microsoft Teams & basic troubleshooting. # Experience working with adult learners or in an academic setting is an asset. # Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
