As a Team Assistant (Permanent, Full Time; Marie ) , you will provide support for the assigned team in their dailyactivities to ensure that patients receive prompt, effective customer service.

Whether you work in our office, in thecommunity, or a health care facility – you will play a lead role in providingconnected, accessible, patient-centered care – and be supported by ourcollaborative team that includes over 9,000 regulated health care and otherprofessionals. Provide administrative support services to Care Coordinators Enter, update and maintain a high volume of patient data in theelectronic database Answer a high volume of telephone inquiries from patients,families and service providers, and refer callers as appropriate 2+years’ related office experience ~ Accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills ~ Proficient with database software, MS Word,Excel, and other applications in a Windows environment ~ Excellent organizational skills and ability towork independently with minimal supervision ~ Advanced multi-tasking skills, with the abilityto meet performance and service goals ~ Flexibilityto work a schedule that includes days, evenings and weekends to meetorganizational needs ~ Advancedoral and written proficiency in English and in French is essential.
