On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst (GenAI) for a 12 month contract role (possible extension/conversion). This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.

Business

Analyst (GenAI) - : Lead discovery and document current-state architecture, data flows, integrations, and user journeys. Act as primary interface with development teams to clarify requirements and support execution decisions. Design and support test cases, including GenAI-specific validation (e.g., Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance validation.

Coordinate governance alignment including architecture review, Responsible AI, security, and data controls. Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement and scalability of solutions.

Business

Analyst (GenAI) - Mandatory Skills: ~10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technical Business Analysis in a complex enterprise workplace.



~ Experience translating technical solutions into business requirements and user journeys. ~ Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, and solution architecture concepts. ~ Experience across the full delivery lifecycle (requirements, build support, testing, release). ~ Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams. ~ Experience working in regulated environments with risk, compliance, and governance considerations. ~ Familiarity with GenAI concepts including prompts, model behavior, and associated risks.

Analyst (GenAI) - Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in financial services or banking. Familiarity with Responsible AI, security, and architecture governance processes.
