In this hands-on role, you will manage the engineering department, ensuring effective collaboration across production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Your expertise in equipment selection, tooling design, and technical problem-solving will be pivotal for recent product launches and ongoing production support. You'll also play a vital role in fostering technical growth within your team. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct new-product process planning and technical development
- Enhance production capacity and effectiveness continuously




- Support product quotations and new-process innovations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for plant objectives
- Maintain safety and quality standards within the engineering team Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing management experience
- Degree in Casting/Foundry Engineering or equivalent
- Strong background in aluminum die casting and machining processes
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 and CAD software
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous Drive engineering excellence and support growth at Pangeo’s Vaughan plant.
