We are seeking aTechnical Leadto provide technical direction and leadership across the design, development, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions. The successful candidate will guide engineering teams, establish technical standards, and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $110k – CAD $120k/year &

benefits (see below). Lead the technical design and delivery of complex applications and platforms. Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions. Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, and code-review support. Establish and enforce development, architecture, testing, and security standards. Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and delivery managers. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Guide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.



Extensive software development experience in enterprise environments.

Experience leading technical delivery across multiple teams or complex initiatives. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, APIs, and integration. Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.

Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience in capital markets or banking. Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
