As a Technical Lead or a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Own architecture and technical quality. Drive technical design decisions, balancing business requirements, system constraints, and long‑term sustainability.

Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for security, performance, and reliability. Oversee end‑to‑end delivery across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Provide hands‑on contributions to critical components across frontend and backend as needed.

Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, and business stakeholders) in Agile environments. Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Engage directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and act as the primary technical interface between client stakeholders and the delivery team. Strong AWS and Kafka experience. ~ Proficiency in Java/Python/Node. Awareness of AI and Generative AI capabilities, with the ability to leverage AI‑driven tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery outcomes.

Strong technical leadership with the ability to guide teams and influence architectural decisions. Ability to manage complexity, trade‑offs,



and delivery risks effectively. A proactive mindset towards innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI‑driven development.
