Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in Application Security, Vulnerability Management, and Data platforms to lead the execution of a strategic product roadmap.

This role requires a highly cooperative individual who can work across engineering, security, risk, and business teams to deliver impactful, data-driven products in a complex, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth, product ownership, and stakeholder influence to drive successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead product discovery with stakeholders and customers to define clear product requirements and priorities.
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle , including roadmap creation, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with engineering, AppSec, and vulnerability management teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive agile product delivery , providing clear direction, prioritization, and backlog management for development teams.
- Coordinate delivery of product initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment .
- Ensure alignment of product strategy with organizational goals, security standards, and compliance requirements .
- Use data, metrics, and performance insights to measure product success and guide roadmap decisions.
- Support product adoption, customer engagement , and stakeholder communication across all levels.
- Communicate product progress, key outcomes,



and business impact to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following:
- Application Security (AppSec)
- Vulnerability Management
- Data / Analytics platforms
- Solid technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and security teams.
- Experience delivering products in Agile / Scrum environments across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) .
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value .
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience measuring and tracking product success using KPIs, metrics, and data-driven insights .
- Background in regulated industries such as Banking or Financial Services.
- Exposure to risk, compliance, and security frameworks in enterprise environments.
