Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale integration and modernization initiatives within a financial services setting. This role will drive cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners, ensuring successful execution of complex technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of integration and transformation programs.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology.
- Drive API, cloud, data, platform, and third-party integrations.
- Facilitate technical design discussions and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
