PlanIT Search is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and ensure high-quality candidate delivery for our clients. We specialize in delivering IT and technical talent for initiatives across digital banking transformation, ERP programs, cyber security, infrastructure modernization, business analysis and project delivery. 2–5 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) ~ Experience with IT and technical roles ~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ~ Opportunities for performance-based growth Team-oriented, diverse and high-performance team Consistent, high-quality candidate submissions Reporting to the Director of Business Delivery, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for clients across Canada, with a focus on IT, banking, PMO, digital,



and technology consulting roles. Full-Cycle Recruitment Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent roles Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer Build and maintain pipelines for in-demand skills (BA, PM, QA, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data, ERP, etc.) Build long-term relationships with consultants and contractors Track contract end-dates, extensions, and redeployment opportunities Maintain accurate activity logs in the ATS Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and delivery efficiency We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
