We are looking for a naturally curious and motivated Junior Technical Support Specialist. If you have recently graduated, have foundational IT support experience, or are the kind of person who is always tinkering with technology and eager to learn, this is the place for you. Your day-to-day will involve rolling up your sleeves to solve foundational IT issues for our clients, while simultaneously shadowing and assisting our senior team on advanced security and automation projects.

Provide friendly, first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Assist with user administration tasks, including Microsoft 365 onboarding and password resets.





Support senior staff in deploying cybersecurity protocols and AI automation tools for clients.

Location: You are currently based in Victoria, BC , and excited to work in an in-person, collaborative office setting.

Technology Foundations: A solid baseline understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.

Communication: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people with patience and empathy.

Bonus Points If You Have

Previous customer service experience (in any industry). A relevant IT diploma, degree, or foundational certifications (like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft fundamentals).
