Position

Fire Shop Technician (Technicien en incendie) – immediate opening at our Baie‑Comeau operation.

What You'll Do

- Inspect, test, and maintain fire extinguishers
- Ensure timely and quality completion of work orders




- Complete daily reports of completed work orders and activities
- Monitor parts inventory and equipment maintenance requirements
- Follow all safe work practices and demonstrate safety leadership in all aspects of the job
- Participate in on‑call/call‑out emergency service as required

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in fire inspection or a related field (preferred)
- All combinations of education in a related field and experience will be considered
- Candidates who advance through the hiring process must submit a current Certificate of Conduct and Driver’s abstract
