Delivering an Exceptional Customer Experience! Reporting to the Manager, IT Transformation, you will play a key role in validating and enhancing our digital platforms. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our transactional web ecosystem to ensure the quality of delivered solutions through structured, rigorous, and methodical testing.

You will be responsible for identifying defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking issue resolution, and validating implemented solutions—all with the goal of delivering a seamless and reliable customer experience. Plan, develop,



and execute functional, user experience (UX), and regression test plans for our web platforms and internal tools. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, testing tools, and work methods to optimize testing efficiency and quality.

Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Self-motivated and curious, with the initiative to go beyond planned test scenarios and propose relevant additional test cases. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
