Posting End Date: September 02, 2026 Employer: Shared Health Site: Shared Health - Health Sciences Centre Department / Unit: Radiology - HSC Anticipated Start Date - End Date: ASAP - 01/15/2027 Anticipated Shift: Days;Nights;Weekends Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Under the general direction of the Section Head, Adult Radiology and/or Diagnostic Imaging Manager, Section of Adult Radiology, the incumbent is responsible for: ~ Graduate of a recognized school of Medical Imaging Technology.
Successful completion of an accredited Medical Imaging Technology Program, eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.and registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy.
Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions and values. Must exhibit positive interpersonal and English, written and oral communication skills.
Bends, reaches, and lifts and carries for short distances, materials or accessory equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. At times may be required to push or pull heavy equipment. This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
