We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Technologist to join our Group in our Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or Waterloo Ontario, Canada offices. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technologists and providing technical expertise in civil engineering projects. Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats.

Solutions Analysis: Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature.

Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.

Operational Compliance: Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.





Quality Assurance Testing: Carry out a specified range of complex tests; interpret test data to verify that specifications are met and/or to identify remedial actions required to ensure conformance. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field. Professional certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design and construction Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.

Experience with Micro-station, In-Roads, and other Bentley applications is considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. The hourly rate range for this position is $34.54-$57.57 .
