About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telecoms Sales Executive to join their team in Kimberley . This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business clients for the company's suite of telecommunications products and services. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. This hybrid position allows for client-facing activities and strategic planning, combining field engagement with office-based work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for telecoms solutions.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.




- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the telecoms or technology sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of telecommunications products and services, or the ability to quickly learn.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Northern Cape region is essential.
