You will handle customer payments, reconcile transactions, and address inquiries regarding overdue accounts. Your proficiency in basic math and strong communication skills will help enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and balance all customer payment transactions
- Reconcile daily cash, cheque, debit, and credit card tenders
- Communicate payment details to Collection staff efficiently




- Respond to customer inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements
- Post online transactions in the Customer Information System

Requirements:

- Secondary school graduation diploma required
- Previous cashier experience in an office workplace
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling
- Knowledge of industry regulations and company policies
