- Prepare visa and work permit applications for Canada and the U.S.
- Draft translations and affidavits for legal documentation




- Respond to governmental inspections through official correspondence
- Assist with the management of immigration databases
- Conduct legal research on immigration and labor laws

Requirements:

- Law degree from a Canadian or American university
- Minimum of five years’ experience in immigration law
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and oral
- Solid document management and IT skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team
