The Recruitment

Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties to support the Recruitment team and other HR members.

The Talent Acquisition

Coordinator will report to the Retail Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is ideal for an entry level Talent Acquisition Coordinator that is enthusiastic about recruitment and wants to learn in a high volume environment. Provide administrative support to members of the recruitment and onboarding team. Provide administrative support for creating job postings, job specifications etc. Sorting candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.

Assisting

Recruitment team with research, analysis and implementation of programs, reports, and projects. Work with HR team to facilitate orientation and onboarding on recent employees. Post-Secondary Diploma in Human Resources, or relevant discipline, required. ~ 1 - 2 years' experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Coordinator role preferred. ~ Strong relationship building skills and communication skills. ~ Knowledge of Recruitment procedures ATS and practices. ~ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). ~ Resourceful and flexible. ~ We are building, growing, and driven to grow.
