We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping projects organized and on track. Working closely with the Lead, Recruitment Services, you will support the coordination and delivery of multiple recruitment initiatives at one time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build solid project coordination and recruitment experience within a respected firm.

Support large- and small-scale recruitment projects from intake to close out Develop and track work plans, timelines, and project materials Maintain accurate tracking tools, databases,



and reporting Compile recruitment statistics and support project reporting Assist with sourcing, posting, and administrative activities as required Early in your career with a few years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally within HR or supporting project-based work Comfortable managing competing priorities and shifting deadlines Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday Exposure to complex recruitment projects across Ontario’s public sector Opportunity to build strong foundational experience in recruitment and project coordination Meaningful work that supports public service organizations If you are organized, motivated, and looking to grow your career in recruitment, we would like to hear from you.
