This role offers a base pay range of CA$85,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr . Your actual compensation will depend on your skills and experience.

Vetoquinol is a pharmaceutical company dedicated to the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of animal health products. We are looking for a Territory Manager , Farm Animals Multi-species (Cattle and Equine) for British Columbia.

The Territory

Manager is a key member of the field sales team that promotes the products and the company with a customer-centric approach. The main goal is to develop the assigned territory to meet annual sales and profit objectives through professional representation of the Company and expert product knowledge with customers such as veterinarians, animal health technicians, producers, integrators, distributors and retailers.

Main Activities

- Maximize sales of Vetoquinol products and customer satisfaction in the territory using skilled, tailored sales arguments during visits, meetings, conferences, and other customer interactions.
- Develop positive relationships with clients, opinion leaders, and operational managers of key national accounts.
- Provide high-level personal service and support, including consistent follow-up of client requests.
- Implement the operational marketing plan.
- Deliver presentations and technical explanations of the products offered by the company.
- Use sales skills to uncover customer needs and objectives, aligning them with the features and benefits of Vetoquinol solutions.




- Develop and update a business plan for the territory and key accounts.

Reporting

- Contribute to creating, maintaining and updating the customer database for the territory with accurate, timely reports using company tools.
- Maintain the customer database and record meeting reports in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Gather and provide accurate, complete business information (competitive activities, market conditions, ideas, business opportunities) to the Sales and Marketing Department and other colleagues.
- Complete other administrative tasks and reports as required.

Analysis

- Perform regular analysis of sales results, variances and trends to identify opportunities and threats within the territory.
- Improve focus and effectiveness of territorial management.

Profile

- University or technical degree in animal health science (agronomy, biology, veterinary medicine, animal science) or business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in the animal health industry and animal production.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
