We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with a valid CWB certification to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and/or mild steel components while ensuring compliance with CWB standards and company quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel materials

- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings

- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently

- Ensure welds meet CWB standards and pass inspections

- Conduct visual inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship

- Operate grinders and other fabrication tools as required

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment





- Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:

- Valid CWB certification (GTAW/TIG – all positions preferred)

- Minimum [2–3] years of TIG welding experience

- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

- Robust attention to detail and quality control

- Experience working with stainless steel and/or aluminum preferred

- Own welding helmet and basic tools (if required)

- CSA-approved safety boots

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in custom fabrication or structural welding

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Forklift or overhead crane experience (asset)
