Kindervalley Montessori Academy is seeking an immediate hire for a Toddler Montessori Lead Teacher to guide children ages 19 months to 3 years in our nurturing and inspiring setting.

Position Details

- Role: Toddler Montessori Lead Teacher
- Age Group: 19 months – 3 years
- Start Date: Immediately
- Compensation: Very competitive wage + Alberta government wage top-up eligibility

Qualifications

- AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Toddler Diploma (or in progress).
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification (ECE Level 2 or 3 preferred).
- Strong classroom management, communication, and observation skills.
- Passion for Montessori philosophy and child-centered education.
